USAV On-Line Registration

The electronic waiver acceptance process is now in place for all members as a part of on-line USAV Individual Registration. To verify identification of an individual legally accepting the terms of the membership; a driver's license or state identification number must be entered. It is imperative that a parent or guardian participating in this registration process agrees to the Waiver & Release of Liability and Code of Coduct must have legal capacity and authority to act for and on behalf of the minor.

1. Please register your daughter with USAV by clicking on the appropriate link. USAV Registration Fee is due for this process.

2. A valid driver's license is required by a parent or guardian. Make sure to choose the appropriate "club" - Albuquerque Rebels Volleyball Club.

3. Once you have fully register with USAV, we will automatically see the player's name on the website. Thank you.
