Anna Shibuya

Coach Anna was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. 

Coach Anna played Varsity Volleyball at Bosque School as a setter and DS and continues to play now. In total she has played for 16 years and is continuing her passion by passing along her knowledge as a coach. 

Coaching has always been a dream of Coach Anna's, ever since she was a young player. She learned at a young age the impact that coaches had on her life, whether it be positive or negative, and she wants to impact kids positively. She wants to empower kids to be able to play volleyball the way that they want to play it, and to further the love of the game. Coach Anna is coaching at Varsity at Bosque High School and this will be her 2nd  year at ARVC. We are incredibly lucky to have such a passionate person coaching for us!

In addition to coaching, Anna is going to school for Sports Med.
