Caitlin Robertson, from Albuquerque, New Mexico, she is a dedicated volleyball enthusiast whose journey in the sport began at a young age. With 15 years of playing experience under her belt, Caitlin has evolved into a skilled Setter, having represented Albuquerque Rebels Volleyball Club (ARVC) during her formative years. Driven by her passion for volleyball and a desire to mentor young athletes, Caitlin embarked on her coaching journey early on. She coaches at St. Pius High School, where she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of players. With five years of club coaching experience, she is now entering her first year coaching with ARVC.
Currently pursuing her education at the University of New Mexico), Caitlin has goals of becoming a physical therapist upon graduation. Despite her academic pursuits, volleyball remains a significant part of her life, and she looks forward to continuing her coaching journey alongside her professional endeavors.
Caitlin’s coaching philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and nurturing environment where players can thrive both on and off the court. She believes in empowering athletes to reach their full potential while fostering a love for the game that extends beyond wins and losses.
