Dalis Agbaosi

Introducing Coach Dalis! Originally from New Jersey, Dalis moved to Albuquerque when she was 16, where she continued her volleyball journey through high school, college, and club. She played at Trinidad State where she earned her Associate’s degree in 2021 and Oklahoma Panhandle State from 2021 – 2022. Over the past 8 years, Dalis has primarily played as a Middle Blocker, but also has experience as an Opposite. She played for DCVA for 2 years and at Eldorado High School for 1 year.

Having experienced both great and not-so-great coaches, Coach Dalis has always been driven by the desire to be the type of coach who inspires her players on and off the court. She knows firsthand how a coach can impact an athlete’s love for the game, and she’s passionate about helping her players build confidence, develop a strong mindset, and embrace continuous improvement. Her coaching philosophy centers around the idea that winning isn’t just about the record your team has, it’s about the progress that can be made along the way. She strives to make her athletes 1% better each day, helping them grow both as players and individuals.

In addition to coaching, Dalis works at a T-Mobile call center and plans to pursue a career in the psychology field. In her free time, she enjoys playing the ukulele, painting, watching Netflix, and of course, playing volleyball. Coach Dalis is excited to be part of the positive influence in the volleyball world and is eager to help her athletes find success both on the court and in life. We’re encouraged by our younger coaches and their potential to positively influence our young Rebels, we know Dalis is going to make a great impact at ARVC.
