Drichelle brings a unique blend of scientific rigor and passion for volleyball to her coaching philosophy. Growing up in the picturesque landscapes of New Mexico, she earned her degrees in Physics, Astrophysics, and Math from the University of New Mexico (UNM), shaping her analytical approach to the game.

In 1999, Drichelle entered the volleyball world and began her coaching journey as an assistant for the Moriarty High School Varsity team from 2002 to 2006. During this time, she developed a keen understanding of team dynamics and player development. From 2006 to 2008, she co-coached a club team alongside her husband, further honing her skills in nurturing young athletes.

As her husband took on the head coach position at Eldorado, Drichelle supported him in various roles while prioritizing family life and raising their two boys. In 2021, she took early retirement to homeschool her children, allowing her to be more involved in their activities.

With her youngest son now in high school and playing volleyball, Drichelle is excited to return to coaching. She is committed to fostering a love for the game, building teamwork, and instilling discipline in her players. Drichelle’s experience both on and off the court enables her to inspire young athletes to reach their full potential, making her an invaluable asset to any volleyball program.
