Justine Litherland

Introducing Coach Justine! Can you say, ALUMNI?!?!

Coach Justine is from Albuquerque, NM. She brings 13 years playing experience as a Middle Blocker. She played for Del Norte High and graduated in 2017.  After graduating from Del Norte High School in 2017, Coach Justine went on to play college ball in Ashland, Wisconsin, for Northland College. She made quite a name for herself there making All-Conference 2nd Team & All-Sportsmanship team.

During her time at Northland, she not only excelled on the court but also led skill camps, sharing her knowledge and passion for the game with younger athletes. Now, in her first year of coaching with ARVC, she is excited to pass on her knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for volleyball to the next generation of athletes.

When it comes to coaching, Coach Justine believes in the power of resilience and learning through experience. She firmly holds the belief that failure is not something to fear but an essential part of growth. She strives to create an environment where players feel safe to make mistakes, knowing that those moments are key to improvement and success.

When she’s not coaching, she works in cyber security at Kirtland AFB. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, cooking, and exploring her creative side through crafting.
