Where athletes allow themselves to fail so that they can succeed. Where volleyball isn’t just a sport but more a passion, a lifestyle.

Coach Rachel’s Coaching Philosophy – Her philosophy is to change these athletes’ lives and guide them to be the best version of themselves. Rachel states, “I have always had a love for volleyball and the game. After playing in college, I felt like a piece of me was missing. I picked up coaching because I needed volleyball in my life. But now coaching has become so much more for me. It is my calling, my passion. I truly believe this is what God had planned for me. I love all these wonderful girls and coaches that I meet and grow relationships with. I can’t wait to continue pursuing this dream of mine.

Coach Rachel’s Favorite Quote: “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”
