All teams must check in.
Check in times are: Saturday from 7:00am to 8:15am for the morning pools and 1:30pm to 2:45pm for the afternoon pools at each playing site
All teams must turn in a signed roster at team check-in and also have a copy of their roster with them at each match so bring several copies.
All teams in the Bid portion of the tournament must submit the bid acceptance form and team roster form at team check-in.
Here are some rules for this weekend's Championships in Albuquerque.
Convention Center Rules
- No outside food or drink. Water only. No team food tables allowed anywhere but outside at your own risk.
- Coolers/ice chests (containing only water & ice) allowed only in the Team Camp area. NO GATORADE or POWERADE. Powerade will be available at the concessions.
- No outside chairs. There will be plenty of chairs courtside.
- Admission is $5 per day - no 2-day admission. CASH ONLY. No credit cards. 7 & under free. 65 & older free if they're nice to the admissions folks.
- Great food vendors again. Please do not dally at the food tables. Allow others to have a chance to sit and eat. The food area is not for team camp or parent breakroom. Use the down time to check out the vendors row.
On Sunday, during bracket play, all teams that lose the previous match will be required to stay and officiate the next match on that court even if the match is from a different age group or division. So do not leave after your match just because you don't see another match scheduled on that court in your bracket.
