Keshia Padilla

17N2 Adidas Head Coach

Coach Keshia grew up on a reservation called Alamo Navajo Reservation and moved to the city when she was in middle school. She now resides in Albuquerque, New mexico in the heights.

She went to Santa Fe Indian School and was a six rotation, Middle Blocker on Varisty. After she graduated in 2011, she went on to play at Haskell University in Lawrence, Kansas as a six rotation Middle Blocker. She achieved all this with no club volleyball experience! After some time she moved back to New Mexico where she played college basketball in Espanola at Northern New Mexico.

While playing Lobo League, a teammate told Coach Keshia she should consider coaching. Her teammate recognized her knowledge, talkative and competitive nature could be beneficial for younger volleyball players. This was the start of  Coach Keshia's coaching career. She began coaching and hasn't stopped since. Keshia is a powerful and inspiring coach, we are proud to have her at ARVC.

Coach Keshia currently works as a Direct Support Staff for individuals who are mentally disabled and is finishing her last year of college to work in Medical Administration.
