Shelby Martinez, is born and raised in Albuquerque, NM.

She began playing volleyball as a child while watching her parents compete. She is an ARVC Alumn! She became a Rebel when she played on her 12U team and made her way up to the 18U team.

She played at Sandia High School for 2 years and continued on to play at the collegiate level for Clarendon College in Texas.

Shelby is returning to ARVC for her 8th season.

Coach Shelby has head coaching experience at Valley High School and ARVC. She holds USAV-IMPACT and NFHS certifications in volleyball coaching.
